John Lambert - President
Mr. Lambert has 29 years of experience in the energy industry, including 22 years in the power industry with experience in project financing, project development (domestic and international), power plant M&A and power plant asset management. Previous employers include Exxon, The Bank of California, North Canadian Power, Sceptre Power, Enron, Delta Power Company and JPMorgan. Mr. Lambert has been managing two 400 MW power plants in ERCOT for the past six years. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from UCLA.
Robert Henderson - Executive Vice President
Mr. Henderson has 17 years experience in the power industry in finance and asset management. Prior to his power industry experience, he worked for 5 years as a senior accounting auditor. His previous employers include Deloitte & Touche, FPL Energy, ElPaso Corporation, Delta Power Company and JPMorgan. Mr. Henderson has been an asset manager for 14 power plants during the past 10 years and has been involved with natural gas, geothermal, wind and solar power projects during his career. He holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University and is a CPA.
Leanne Searcey - Executive Vice President
Ms. Searcey has 11 years of direct power plant asset management experience with specialization in contract compliance and regulatory issues. Her previous employers include Columbia Electric Group, Delta Power Company and JPMorgan. Ms. Searcey currently provides asset management services to a 400 MW power plant in Texas and recently led the project's successful completion of a comprehensive NERC reliability audit. She holds a bachelors degree in public policy and administration from Western Oregon University.
Heather Caradine Pike - Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Pike has 15 years experience in energy industry accounting, including 12 years as a senior accountant for U.S. and international power plants. Her previous employers include Coastal Corporation, El Paso Corporation and JPMorgan. Ms. Pike has lead responsibility for all accounting and finance activities of Tateswood and is currently the project accountant for a 545 MW plant in Michigan, a 400 MW plant in Texas and a 30 MW plant in Califormia. She holds a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Houston.
